The Foundations Program is focused on our U9-U11 athletes who are serious about training. We cover speed technique, balance, agility, and full body strength/coordination by using fun and interactive drills. We are currently offering either 1 on 1 sessions or small specialized group trainings (2-7 athletes of similar age).
Developing Athleticism
• Avoid the pitfall many soccer players face at higher levels which is very skilled but lack athleticism. We implement an age-appropriate program that is foundational for athletic development. As your child grows, we want them to do so with the right physical tools and techniques.
