FC Dallas performance training programs are designed to reduce risk of injury, increase speed, agility, work capacity, strength, and overall performance. We utilize proven training methods and guarantee that players in our programs will gain a competitive edge. Our staff has trained numerous boys and girls youth national team players, and numerous MLS players including 3 USMNT players (Reggie Cannon, Weston McKennie, Kellyn Acosta).
Our focus is to gain transferability from the training facility to the field of play. Player health and mentality is a vital component In sport specific training, and our program is designed to work on the mind and body. Our programs are age relevant and specific, with workloads and physical abilities in mind. We monitor the progress of our athletes through regular testing and design our programs around the needs of each individual.

Our skills program will offer technical training to players of all levels. We will help ALL players to improve their overall technical ability & comfort on the ball. For our younger players are objectives are to teach, encourage and promote creativity, for them not to be afraid to take players on and express themselves with the ball at their feet. For the older and more seasoned player sessions will be customized to be more functional & situational with basic to complex tactical components.
