A soccer specific program designed to increase speed, sprint technique, agility, reduce risk of injury and participate in a mental training course. Don’t waste time and money on summer training that is not designed for your athlete or their sport. Head of Performance, Coach Pinckney, will be leading the program who has trained multiple USMNT players, Texas Gatorade HS Soccer Player of the Year (female), several men and women USYNT players plus many more.
Speed and agility : Athletes will take their game to the next level with high level speed and agility training. *If athletes are new to training we will accommodate them accordingly.
Strength/Work Capacity : Strength training geared towards producing more power, endurance and stability. We teach proper technique and make sure it translates to the field.
Reduced Risk of Injury and Recovery : Not only does this program tackle the common injuries seen in soccer (knees, groin/hip flexor, ankles, etc.), but there is also a big push toward recovery strategies. Athletes just need to simply communicate if they have a game within 48 hours and we can accommodate accordingly.
