U13-U14 Boys, U12-U13 Girls
This training group is designed for those athletes who are mostly in a growth and development stage in which developing power, strength and speed the properly are crucial.

Areas of Focus

  • Acceleration, Top End Speed and Agility
      We will focus on the different aspects of speed and agility training an athlete needs to be successful on the pitch. Expect to improve the first 3 steps, efficiency during long runs and faster footwork.
  • Strength That Translates
      Safe and proper strength training can have a myriad of effects including taking stress off their growing joints, increase endurance, speed and reduce risk of injury. One way to think about it is dynamic strength training can raise the ceiling of almost every athletic aspect. Too many athletes are skilled but held back due to lack of athleticism.
  • Sport and Age Specific Training
      During these adolescent phases training needs to reflect this developmental period. The program is cognizant of age specific injuries like Osgood-Schlatters, Sever’s Disease, etc. using a variety of corrective exercises and mobility drills.

Drop In (Intermediate) - Per Session $50
