Advanced

U15-19 Boys, U14-U19 Girls
This training group is designed to not only aid athletes in getting to the next level but thrive there. Whether that is college or the professional ranks, the athlete will need advanced physical training in all aspects.

Areas of Focus

  • Advanced Acceleration, Top End Speed and Agility
      Athletes will take their game to the next level with more advanced speed and agility training. *If athletes are new to training we will accommodate them accordingly.
  • Strength to Compete
      We will equip the athlete to compete physically at the next level. Strength that translates to the field will play a major part in that transition.
  • Reduced Risk of Injury and Recovery
      Not only does this program tackle the common injuries seen in soccer (knees, groin/hip flexor, ankles, etc.), but there is also a big push toward recovery strategies. The mileage is starting to add up on these athlete’s body so we must teach them ways to take care of themselves on and off the field.
